Natural plant extraction method of resveratrol

Extract and isolate crude resveratrol from grapes, Polygonum cuspidatum, and peanuts, and then purify them. The crude extraction techniques mainly include organic solvent extraction, alkali extraction, and enzyme extraction. New methods such as microwave-assisted extraction, CO2 supercritical extraction, and ultrasound assisted extraction are also applied. The main purpose of purification is to separate the cis and trans isomers of resveratrol and resveratrol extract from crude resveratrol, in order to obtain trans resveratrol. The commonly used purification methods include chromatography, silica gel column chromatography, thin layer chromatography, high-performance liquid chromatography, etc.
