CB2 receptor inhibits allergic inflammation by attenuating mast cell degranulation and neutrophil aggregation induced by nerve growth factor, and thus mediates immunosuppression to achieve anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, and the effect is stronger than the well-known and widely used aspirin.

GABA neurotransmitter in the human brain has a calming effect and inhibits excitability in the brain center. CBD can help control the consumption of GABA neurotransmitters, suppress brain excitation, reduce seizures, and can also help improve the efficacy of other anti-epileptic drugs.
