Exsomes are 30-150 nm in diameter and contain constituents (proteins, RNA) of parent cells and can mediate cell-cell interaction, affect cell function and behavior.Our 3D Human Fibroblast Exosomes uses 3D Cell culture.
Efficacy experiments
[3D Cell Spheroids derived esosomes (3D-EXO) in anti-skin aging]:
Along with intrinsic aging (passage) and extrinsic aging (UVB) on human dermal fibroblasts (HDF), both the cells and the secreted exosomes show enhanced senescence phenotype and reduced collagen-producing ability. Suspended spheroid culture regains the regeneration ability and the collagen producing ability of HDF.
3D cell derived exosomes have more cytokines that contribute to angiogenesis and injury repairment process. 3D cell derived exosomes have miRNAs that contribute to collagen synthesis and anti-inflammation process.
